Boardshorts for Summer

Hey guys!

It has been a while since I checked in. I am in the process of updating my website and I plan on putting up more blogs in the future. In the meantime, I thought it would be a good opportunity to show you guys what pair of board shorts I have been wearing this summer.

A new company called Shaka Life sent me a pair of there new board shorts last month to test out. They are called the Reelin' and Dealin' Hero Boardshorts. My first impression was that I love the look. With my last name being Trout, a pair of board shorts with a fish pattern on them suite me well. These trunks are also extremely comfortable offering a 4 way stretch design. One of the most unique parts of these board shorts that sets them apart form any other pair in the world is the built in bottle opener. They managed to fit a bottle opener under the pocket flap. You don’t notice its there while wearing the shorts, but it comes in handy when you need it. Especially during summer parties and BBQ’s. All in all, these are a great part of surf trunks.

I put the link below if you guys are interested in checking them out.

Day 1, Kevlavík Iceland

We finally arrived in North Eastern Europe. We spent the first night walking through the city of Oslo, Norway with all of our gear. We stayed at this guys house in a tiny closet sized room. I tried to plug in all of my electronics at once and I blew out the power. The whole building went dark. The next day, we flew to Iceland. During sunrise, I got to watch a rare Solar Eclipse. We stayed on a smalll fishing harbor in Kevalvík. Also our rental car is a smart car with two doors. Headed North to explore tomorrow!
